Kosovo police have arrested a person in Pristina after the same one has placed a vase where they planted cannabis.
After that, the police searched his location, where 51 more parts of cannabis plants were cleared. The suspect had mental flaws in which he had medical records. At the prosecutor's decision the suspect is released in regular procedure and recommends medical examination.
