The group for Political and Jurydical Studies called on prosecutors to investigate all cases of employing members of the institution's carriers. According to them, each employment case reveals elements of various criminal acts sanctioned with the RKS Criminal Code.
GSPJ ray Hoxha, told the news.net that they did not receive any information from the prosecution if he started the investigation into the case.
We have received no response from the prosecution in this case. Now we've started the project to monitor the prosecution, the next few days we're going to call you”, Hoxha said.
Also, news.net has addressed questions in the Special Prosecutor for this case, but for weeks it has not been answered.
Economic Development Minister Valdrin Luka, speaking of party employment in Telekom, has stated that this is the responsibility of the board after allowing various interventions to take place.
Meanwhile, party employment forced several members of the Telekom Board to resign.
Kosovo Telekom chief Bedri Istrefi had said there is no overwork in this company, though this number exceeded 2,500 employees.
Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj AAK's party was charged with making mostly legal violations by employing officials, members and family members in the institution.
