A similar meeting with Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq, Plummer, took place even last October, when he said the US supports Kosovo-Serbia dialogue with the aim of reaching the agreement that would lead to full normalisation of relations.
And for today's meeting, topics that will be discussed have not been made public, but according to Serbian media one of the key topics will again be the Kosovo issue.
This meeting takes place for more than two weeks before the Paris summit, while an official of the US National Security Council has declared that the American is willing to attend the upcoming Paris conference, but that no decision has yet been made.
It should be commemorated that during last visit to Serbia, Palmer said Kosovo and Serbia should take advantage of the historic opportunity to reach the agreement, which will be profitable for both sides, stressing that it is time for compromise and flexibility.
