“Grieved by news that Ambassador Albert Rohan is dead. It remains one of the most influential diplomats who have shaped history in Kosovo and the Balkans in the past three decades. His role for Kosovo independence will be remembered forever. My condolences to his family and Austria's Foreign Ministry” wrote Pacolli on Facebook.
