After the contests, Kosovo's Juditist expressed a bit of despair after she, according to her, has expected to be adorned with gold, but such a thing did not happen after she lost in the final fight against the extremely strong Russian opponent.
I've won the bronze medal in these silver games. I really expected him to win the gold medal. I've been very well prepared, but this is a sport that always happens. I didn't have the focus as well as I should have had in the finals but still after I finished at the podium I'm happy. I don't know. I think I'm a little more hasty. It's a very dangerous jungle and I had to be more careful at first than the last few minutes I saw that it was too tired but it was too late and I couldn't get back to war”, Gjakova said.
We remember that Kosovo counted only one medal in past European games, and it was thanks to Nora Gjakova, who won the bronze in 2015 in Baku.
