Bernard Challands' “Tonight at 20:45, at Podgorica City Stadium, they will seek first victory within the qualifications for EURO 2020.
In March, Kosovo made its first official presentation in qualifications for European Champions, while today it will try to register its first victory against Montenegro in Podgorica.
This will also be the first time these two nationals are facing each other and both will be motivated to ensure victory, as the qualifications at EURO 2020 can be secured by taking one of the first two countries in Group A.
In this group, besides Kosovo and Montenegro, England, the Czech Republic and Bulgaria compete. While Kosovo has held only one match so far, Montenegro has held two. Yet, despite this, the two Nationals have evenly collected points so far, only one.
Sort in Group A

Coach Bernard Challandes has some lack for this match, including Valon Berisha, Iron Kryeziu and Iron Shala. For this reason, he had invited two new reinforcements, such as the midfielder of Viking Staveger, Yledren Ibrahimaj and Herenven defender Ibrahim Dresevic.
However, none of them will be able to play tonight. This news was confirmed yesterday by Coach Bernard Challandes.
“Dresevic and Ibrahimaj will not be submitted because the documentation of the document has not yet been completed FIFA, and for Hadergj street he's about to play”, Challandes said.
At this match, there will be some re-communications -- for example, Kosovo goalkeeper Arijant Muric -- had played for Montenegro U-21 before deciding to join Kosovo. On the other hand, Montenegro's captain is expected to be Fatos Beqiray from Peja, who had joined the Montenegrins before Kosovo was admitted to football homes.
The victory in this match would not only improve Kosovo's chances of securing the qualification of EURO 2020 through this group, but also raise it higher to FIFA's ranking, as Montenegro ranks 51st on this list compared to Kosovo, which ranks 127th.

Kosovo can qualify in EURO 2020 even if it does not take one of the first two countries in Group A, since if it fails on this road, Kosovo has another chance, through play-offs for qualifications, where it secured a place in the semifinals through triumph at League D League in the League of Nations.
