Mirena: Haradinaj meeting in Berlin, taken with symbolic aspects

Mirena says Haradinaj, instead of showing whether there has been any concrete agreement with Chancellor Angela Merkel, he is dealing with symbolic issues.

I wouldn't have called this a reward in Berlin. If we look at the results, it turns out that this will be used for Haradinaj's personal needs.
