Taking advantage of this serious event that has taken place, Minister Gashi has urgently requested detailed reports from the entire chain of hierarchy regarding this event, which he considers ugly -- damage to the serious and unacceptable carelessness of Pittos -- which has been exposed to the IKM's environments.
“According to Law No. 02/L 088 for Cultural Heritage damage and destruction of playful cultural heritage objects are punishable acts and provide grounds for responsibility in accordance with criminal legislation and counter-independence, so once all institutions and competent persons' reports on this case are accepted, all concrete actions will be taken in line with the legislation in force, as well as all legal measures for this case must be taken, the minister's reaction noted.
The MKRS provides public opinion and all institutional mechanisms that in any such case it will not exceed accountability, moving decisively towards implementing the legal framework, which imposes it on the framework of the mandate to preserve and rigorously protect the values of objects and assets of our common cultural heritage.
