MPs voted for harmonisation of the Law for Sponsorisation in the Board of Culture, Youth and Sports, with the Bill on Taxation on Corporation Orders.
With 74 votes for, two abstentions and none against, Kosovo's Assembly has adopted the new draft law to facilitate the work of the sports world.
The law envisions that many businesses will financially help sport and culture in our country, but has not yet been finalised.
This law allows businesses to invest in sports, and 30 percent of their income in taxes can be divided into sports.
But what does the law of sponsorship foresee today that was harmonised with corporate income tax?
