The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the requirements of the Judicature Union directed to both the Councils and the Ministry of Justice, these requirements, which concern the status of the court administration and prosecutors.
The parties agreed: to work together with representatives of the Union for drafting the document for systematisation of jobs under the new Law on Salaries, finish the process of restoring administrative-technical staff to civil servants, as well as to make efforts to realise the 50-euro additional payment from January 1st 2019, as has been done so far.
After achieving compliance with these provisions, representatives of the Kosovo Judicature Union confirmed that the strike warned for Monday on July 1st 2019 will remain suspended until October 1st, 2019.
