The woman was attacked twice, while images of the attack on her had prompted reaction throughout Kosovo. Many citizens expressed their solidarity via the internet, while as seen in a photo published on the social Facebook network, some citizens have shown this solidarity by their actions.
They waited for her at a café and served her coffee.
The 17-year-old boy, who attacked his wife, has been assigned a month of detention.
Today, police have announced that the woman in question has been taken to the defence of the state of Kosovo.
The police had also called on this woman not to be attacked because she is not a danger person.
Her entire story began when, in some accounts on social networks, false news was published, claiming that she steals little children. Some described her as a man dressed as a woman, and some said that she is a dangerous woman.
