Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj's office is abusing and misusing Kosovo's budget. For this, the Democratic League of Kosovo invites the bodies responsible to deal with the millions of abuses of this office.
So has the head of the LDK parliamentary group, Avdullah Hoti, declared at a news conference commenting on the general audience's report for the prime minister's office.
He has said that review of this report will also take place on the Commission for Public Finance Supervision, which is headed by LDK deputy Driton Selmanaj.
This report will not remain so... This report will be reviewed at the commission's next meetings and will eventually go to the hall. And, I also invite the responsible bodies to deal with these million tax abuses of citizens”, Hoti said.
According to him, the government head's office has made even more substantial violations, such as the allocation of 816 thousand euros without any procedures.
The second violation, Hoti said it was done after the division of these tools, as no contract was signed through the prime minister's office and Lettés Do It Kosova.
All payments totalling 806 thousand euros were made on the basis of bills this NGO submitted. There is no report on the work done by this NGO. And the fourth offense is that the tax coordinator has never reported to Government, as required with the Government's decision on establishing this task force. Even rightly, the audience, due to lack of reports, cannot confirm the payment order of 816 thousand euros. The other, for the same project ; To clear Kosovo, the same NGO, has received another 30,000 euros from the Office on Community Issues within the office of Prime Minister”, he said.
He said that the audience report also points to other abuses, such as sharing physical subsidies for people for decorating fasadas to houses.
There are cases where physical persons from the prime minister's office have been granted subsidies, not for aid, but for purchasing roles and decorating home facades. Another finding that is disturbing is the benefit of two subsidies from the same NGOs from different institutions. If I mention some of the cases, four are more likely. First: For the integration activity of the new gorans, the Office on Community Issues shares a 5 thousand-euro tranche, while the chairman and head of the Assembly shared another 4 thousand and 995 euros for the same amount, for the same activity”, he said.
Hoti said that this report will not be completed, for he warned of his examination at the next meeting of the Commission for Public Finance Supervision.
