Haxhiu: June 30th End of Transition, After July 1st Rama speaks to Basha

But, the date of holding elections has caused a deep divide between position and opposition there.

While Albania's president, Ilir Meta, through a decree has announced a new date for holding local elections, which is October 13th.

Publicist Baton Haxhiu has voiced confidence that the elections will be held on June 30th.
