The number of children suffering from sleep problems has increased, and this is attributed to the use of social media and digital equipment before sleep.
The number of admissions of children to British hospitals from sleep disorders has increased significantly over the past six years, where 29,184 children have been registered from the NHS Digital Analysed by The Guardian since 2017.
But one expert believes that social media should not be demonised, rather it should be taught parents to set limits for their children.
