German Deputy Ambassador to the UN Jürgen Schulz said Russian representative's statements to the European Union and states that support Kosovo reach the level of even offensive.
“As far as the statement was made by Russian federation colleague, and I would like to note that his comments to the European Union and the states supporting Kosovo and the history that took place in 98 and 99 are unfortunate and do not help at all, and the questions are even offensive. I don't want to sit on that level and refrain from further commentary”, Schulz said.
