After over 600,000 people followed for more than 12 years, Oxford University researchers found that those who pursue a plant diet are less at risk than any cancer. The biggest protection was against blood cancers. The spread of leukemia, lymphoma, and miem in vegetarian dieters is almost half that of those who consume meat.
