Explains the chief prosecutor: It was a misunderstanding, diver Ismail Kasumi is suspected of beating his wife.

Today's morning, chief prosecutor Kujtim Munishi's U.D. and Kosovo's attorney, quoted by his permission, Ali Aydini, have issued incorrect information for prominent Kosovo diver Ismail Kasumi.

After the release of this information, Chief Prosecutor Munich contacted Express, explaining that a person with the name and surname of divers was involved in the beating.

Munich points out that this situation is misunderstood and purposeless.

The prosecution has found that it's about another person (who has the same last name as divers) but not the real diver, Ismail Kasum.

The chief prosecutor says he had no knowledge of the case and that the custody prosecutor was taken over.

I don't mention him to the diver. I mentioned it by name and surname. He was a third person altogether. I absolutely knew the same thing as you. That I by name and surname. Even the prosecutor confirmed it by my last name. ...I don't know the situation that the guardian prosecutor took with him.

Chief Prosecutor Munich once again points out that everything has been unintentional.

I asked him by name and surname. He said yes. It didn't happen to us either. But there's been a misunderstanding. It's been without purpose”, Munich said.

Meanwhile, divers Ismail Kasumi has indicated he does not want to discuss this incorrect information and that the court will now be taken into account.

I have nothing to say. The court will be taken over”, Kasumi said.
