Natural birth or surgery? That's the point! Although this decision seems easy to make, many factors are involved! Besides my mother's wishes, it's the doctor who finally decides. From the size of the hip's bones to the age of the pregnant woman, there are many things to consider, but today in Living we will write about what a female can do before the birth date approaches so that she can have a quiet and easy birth.
Eating Arab dates during the last weeks of pregnancy can help if the latter is natural.
A recent study published in the Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology that examined the data of 154 women has come to the conclusion mentioned above. Half of the women who participated in the study had eaten about seven dates a day (about 80 grams) starting in the 37th week of pregnancy had reported relief of pain and contradictions in recent weeks of pregnancy. All of this thanks to increased levels of body oxycytine by consumption of dates.
But this wasn't the only study done in this area, because another research turned out to be similar. The study featured 105 women, who were told to consume dates between 37 and 38 weeks of pregnancy, while another 105 women did not include this fruit in the food regime.
In the 40th week of pregnancy, gynecholls noted in pregnant women who had eaten dates had a higher level of oxycytin, the hormone of happiness, and a sense of calm.
But this does not mean that eating dates daily will ensure an easy birth without the need for medical assistance. And keep in mind that these delicious fruits are also quite rich with sugar.
“Horms are a good source of fiber and vitamins for pregnant women”, doctors say. Although their natural sugar wouldn't be good for pregnant women with diabetes. / PUREW
