Gazmend Halilaj, the lawyer who denounced the case of sexual abuse with the student from Drenas, has today been released from house arrest.
Halilaj has confirmed that he has just been released from house arrest. He said there is only a measure of presentation left in Police, which he said was their request in order to show the prosecution that they are for co-operation.
The decision to abolish this move has been made by Halilaj by the Court of Appeals.
Halilaj is the lawyer who has denounced the case of systematic sexual abuse against the student in Drenas by her professor, Shozen Jakaj, and later by investigative policeman Vesel Wessel.
A month ago, Professor Shkelzen Jackie and policeman Wessel Wessel were released in house arrest.
