This control operation has been conducted in close co-operation between Kosovo Police officials and police officials from the state of Germany.
Kosovo police have provided details about this operation, which has been aimed at finding material evidence concerning the confirmation of criminal acts “money laundering”, which allegedly was carried out by suspected involved persons.
The raids were conducted in the town of Pristina at (2) two locations, while in the town of Ferizaj in (4) four locations.
“During this police operation have been seized: 63/folk with various documentations concerning a company's business activity. A large number of computer hard drives have been confiscated, USB and other electronic devices that field experts have considered necessary to be examined. A total of 6296,50 euros have been seized in hand-to-hands of various species, including Armani, Rolex, festina, fossil, svas, boss, a Porse-type car, a yamahaquex1> mortor, reports the PK through a communique
By the special prosecutor's decision, the suspects have all business and personal bank accounts frozen.
Also frozen are 8 ground parcels of suspect property, including two residences located in the Marigona district of Caglavica.
After suspects have not been found in their homes, they have been ordered to appear to the authorities for interviews in the following days.
