The Constitutional Court rejects the indictees' request in the case of the Veterans for dropping the indictment and rejecting evidence

The Randa Criminals Department in Pristina has taken a ruling with which it rejected the request for the dropping of the indictment and objections to evidence exercised by defenders of the accused Agim Ceku, Fadil Shudreaj, Nureddin Lushtaku, Sadik Halitijaha, Shlumbim Demalijaj, Rrustem Berisha, Celi Gashi, Faik Fazli, Smal Elezaj, Shukri, Ahmet Daku, and Javetari, who were unfounded.
The accused A.C., F.S., N.L., S.H., S.D., C.G., R.B., F.F., S.E., U.S.A., A.D., and J.J. They are charged by the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo that, in co-ordination, they have committed criminal acts Misuse of official office or authority by Article 422 par.1 concerning Article 31 of the Kosovo Republic of Kosovo's”, reportedly broadcast in the media.
Against this act, the parties have a five-day complaint right at the Kosovo Court of Appeal.
The names mentioned above are known as suspected persons in the subject known as the Veterians.
