Communist lawyer accuses Kastract of abuse of duty

It's been nearly three years since he took over leadership of the Kamenica municipality.

But during this time, Kastrati is accused of misusing and continuing to misuse official duty.

All this according to the county lawyer, Chiefs Rex.

He says the first manipulation of the Kamenica municipality has done mostly financially.

In addition, Rexha says that the municipality budget has been damaged even when Keastrat stands has paid 4 principals of several schools, despite having expired with the contract.

Kamenica's legal representative, says he has warned of the city's unlicensed facilities.

And from this time on, Rex says that he's been putting pressure on him, on the side of the Kastrat.

Shefqet Rexha adds that Kamenica's chairman is not doing the job properly, and for that I have to take responsibility before legal bodies.

Meanwhile, Stand Kastrati says the abuses referred to by lawyer Rexha are under way of the investigation, including Rexha himself.

Kastrati has denied being pressured by Shefs Raja. He alludes that the latter is trying to blackmail him.

Among other things, lawyer Shefqet Rexha accuses Kamenica Mayor of other staff irregularities as well.
