RM Auctions House says it's a car that has all the equipment used in the movie scenes famous for British secret agent 007. The vehicle was modified at the Aston Martin seminars, which handles the restoration of the manufacturer's classic models and carries the original number of wagon DB5/2008/R.
Unlike the two copies of the DB5, which were borrowed to the Goldfinger manufacturing house in the 1960s, which will be rebuilt, this machine was fully modified in Aston Martin and all of its “film” are functional and can be used many times.
Among them are the front and rear parakopps, which extend through plumbing controls, hidden lead - resistant metal plates, which are also drawn through push of the button, as well as the hidden machine gun and smoke - activating system. Of course, there is a well-known radar system with a central keyboard screen, as well as exchanged registration labels.
