Blerim Latifi, adviser to Parliament Speaker and re-elected PDK chairman Kadri Veselini, who has sought not to identify with the latter when writing on philosophical matters, has made amatically political status.
He says that “corruption in Kosovo is not just a matter of individuals scurrying”. He claims this is essentially the issue of the economic-political system which was built “the next day of liberation from Serbia”, writes Periscope.
Latif calls it political “capitalism”, adding that “such a thing only in the Western world will not take us”.
Whether his status concerns Wessel's election as chairman or the election of the Kosovo Democratic Party's leadership council is unknown. [ Footnote] PDK.

Kosovo political capitalism
Corruption in Kosovo is not simply a matter of lowlife individuals. It is essentially the question of the economic-political system that we have built since the next day of Serbia's liberation. This system is called political capitalism. Unlike Western capitalism, which is the quest for profit through enterprise in the free market, political capitalism is the creation of private wealth through the use of political power. By that, I don't want to impose any responsibility on corrupt individuals. They must be denounced and convicted. The idea is that bad consequences are not eliminated without eliminating their cause. And one thing we need to know: political capitalism can lead us everywhere, only to the Western world ever.
