Belgrade insists humanitarian disaster in the north: Purposeful Empty locals

Empty shops where no elemental articles from origin from Serbia are found, aimed at reflecting a state of so-called humanitarian disaster for northern citizens, is the plan being prepared by specific people in the north, developed by Belgrade.
