According to the Court, there is suspicion that defendant I.B. has committed the burden of criminal work, since a small bag of narcotics, suspected marijuana, has been found in a corner of the yard with three large black bags allegedly carried out by narcotics.
The court has found there are legal conditions for appointing the detention measure, because if the defendant is found in freedom, he could repeat the criminal act, hinder the course of criminal procedure by hiding, changing or counterfeiting the evidence of criminal acts, as well as affecting witnesses in the case.
