Ahmeti: Dallaku no contract for hospital exploitation

Pristina Chairman Shpend Ahmeti has provided clarifications regarding “syptal Dallaku” that returned to public after publishing several videos from “afers of the files”, where the main activists were trying to trick to get permission to build the hospital. In KTV, Ahmeti has said that someone in the Pristina municipality had given them [...]
At KTV, Ahmeti has said that someone in the municipality of Pristina had given him permission to use Dallaku municipality land to build the hospital. He has said the contract was 10 years plus 10 more, but that he has not continued the contract and that the land is now without contract.
“Somebody in the municipality, they exist, gave them to the land of the municipality, Mr. Dallaku, to build the hospital, which is under contract, the Cardinal Centre of Kosovo. In return, the Pristina municipality is behind two free operations a month. The contract was 10 plus 10 on the ground, not the building. He's out of 10. The contract has been written to automatically renew for another 10 years. I sent a question for him. AUK once, which has the same case, if the law changes in 2013, does it automatically continue to plus ten others, and the ministry has said no and that you have to fuck in competition. We've continued the contract. She was ten years from the first moment. Earth is now under contract. I'm on it. There's an object in our land that's ours. We can ask for land's release, but what to do with the object. If we decide to expropriate, construction costs have been around five million euros”, Ahmeti has said.
According to Ahmeti, if he was asked, the Pristina Hospital would now begin functioning.
If I was asked, with a three-four-stone bird had fallen. If the Pristina hospital were to be built, I would be the first to sign it. We have only a matter of land, but we need to discuss who gave the hospital permission. We refuse permission. Why is it working inside QKUK? In 2014, I went to the DA. I told you to check it out. For three days I got an answer from the DA, in the record, I was told this is prewritten. All the crimes that have been committed to this subject are outdated and no longer dealt with by this task”, Ahmeti said.
Ahmeti has said that once he receives legal advice he will ask the Health Minister to expropriate this facility and become a capital hospital.
“There's a better place. There are many options, but I'm probably saying there are other legal problems. But the land is ours, it has expired 10 years, and we have continued. They came from the U.S. Hospital because they wanted to buy it, but we told them they didn't move the exploitation. Except that the sêna was paid no cents, no patient was operated for free”, he further declared.
