Agim Bahtiri calls the Government of the Parliament: Prevent further colonization of the North

Mitrovica Mayor Agim Bahtiri, has been hosting the Mitrovica municipality during today's meeting representatives “, Vitak”, Skender Rama, Ramadan Ademi, and Musa Haliti, who announced that Serbs in that part have begun building some houses, and this is unacceptable on their part because [...]
Skender Rama, resident of the neighbourhood “Vitakut”, has demanded that Albanians from the northern part of Mitrovica, have central support for a stable and stable life.
“We as residents of this neighbourhood have always been for co-existence, but no house of Serbian residents should be built until the construction of Albanian homes is allowed and we, with our options, will continue with the prevention of works”, Rama said.
He has further indicated that all Albanian residents are of reconciliation to initiate a petition that will be required by central-level institutions to prevent the construction of Serb residences and houses.
“Chairman Bahtiri, who has more attention, has heard all the concerns of these residents, has said that in all his meetings with central and international representatives, he raised a voice for the 13 thousand Albanians who were forcibly expelled from the north of Kosovo, and especially from the northern part of Mitrovica, who have not yet returned to their homes, while continuing to live as refugees in the southern part of the city and other cities of Kosovo”, the media municipality reported.
“Such projects are aimed at colonising the north and changing the ethnic structure, thus enabling the return of Serbs who have never lived in Kosovo so I call on the Government of Kosovo, the Assembly of Kosovo and other competent bodies to keep their eyes on this created situation which does not coincide with the coexistence of the citizens of Mitrovica”, Chairman Bahtiri has said.
