What agency has the Poznan Summit in Poland, at which Haradinaj is now hoping?

The summit of the Western Balkans, which will be held on July 4th and 5th in Poland's Poznan, has economies, civil society with a focus on youth, culture and security. Following the Paris summit's failure, this is the summit the country's Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj spoke for the media conference, writes Periscopi.
But, at the Poznan Summit agenda, no discussion is scheduled that concerns Kosovo alone, much less dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia.
The government chiefs, foreign ministers and economy ministers from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Northern Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia will participate, as well as two EU member states from the region Croatia and Slovenia.
The meeting, which will take place over the next two days, is scheduled for economic ministers, interior ministers and foreign affairs ministers to meet on the first day, while on the second day of the summit, countries participating are scheduled to participate and prime ministers.
Haradinaj said he will participate in the Poznan Summit in Poland after the Paris Summit failed.
The July 5th “will be the Poznan Summit where we will be. So many pretend to hold three events in this dynamic, but there are other reasons”, Haradinaj said at a media conference.
He has said that Kosovo is ready to return to dialogue when Serbia is ready for mutual recognition, as this is the only topic left to be clarified.
That was his statement, but not to mention that the Poznan Summit had nothing to do with discussions that were scheduled to take place at the Paris Summit, which was confirmed to have been postponed indefinitely. /Periscopi
