1. Walking

2. Walk Upstream

For better efficiency, you must walk without stopping. Repeat your drill 1012 times, going down the hill, you'll heal the burns in your muscles.

3. Rise and Land

This exercise is not only good for the hinds, but also for your arms and bellies.

It's useful, and it can be done easily.

As you walk, step forward with your left foot, make sure that both knees are bent to 45 degrees. After learning by 45 degrees, try to lower your knees to 90 degrees. This may take some time and practice.

Repeat these exercises 25 times per foot.

4. Crossing your knees

Cross your knees up one time, stand in that position for a few seconds and repeat 25 times each leg.
