Edward Montrey of Chester, 32, was found dead with firearms in his car on Friday night during driving through town, just about an hour before he was scheduled to perform at The One Sports Bar & Lounge in Baltimore.
Repper died of wounds.
Still no suspects about the case, while police are investigating the incident.
