Over 230 evidence of sexual assault within three months at the “Association Justice for All”

The Ambassador of Courage, Vasfije Krasniqi-Goodman, who, in October 2018, found the strength to publicly confess the horror experienced 20 years ago, except that it became the voice of all living victims of war, through the initiative-based association, will be aided even in a judicial way.

The director of this association, who is her brother, Nafi Krasniqi, says this association is the request of the victims themselves.

In his sister's case, Krasniqi says they have had a trial with many injustices and without support from anyone.

“In this association we also intend to collect facts and evidence of war where we will do their record and in the meantime through a team that we believe we will soon present, we have to prepare documents for prosecution, in this case follow people who are suspected of committing crimes in Kosovo”, he claims.

He says that for many months the association has begun to work, there have been new occasions presented.

It shows how many subjects they have accumulated during these months.

“There were people who showed up for the first time, the victims, we've oriented them to addresses where they should go, to those organizations that deal with the rehabilitation of victims. While we have other people who have come and testified for the crimes that happened to you and we believe that soon we will start dealing with those evidence and documentation... all the evidence that we have or subjects, is the period when we as an association are licensed, the 20 February”, Krasniqi says.

The denied justice they experienced on their own, says they aim not to have the chance to experience other victims.

He also speaks of the photograph published by MP Flora Brovina days ago in the Kosovo Assembly.

Being the families of the victims, really scenes like that, the terrifying scenes in that picture, we initially thought it was true even those terrifying images were really, they made us feel bad. The victims would never want you back, remember what happened to you, let alone without such pictures. I believe that Mrs. Brovina's goal has been to reveal what happened in Kosovo. To reason on that, she's the best she's thinking. Flora will give her own explanation, but we'll never appreciate it otherwise except a little bit of a quick move, but she appreciates it best”, he declares.

He says that such a case has been a return to the victims - and a challenge to the families of the survivors.

Association director “Justice for All” hopes one day there will be justice for all victims, including his sister, who was violated at the age of 16.

“We believe that even the D.A. already, our country is really willing to punish the crime, because it's the last time we can start working for justice. We've always reasoned with our country, or our bodies because of the competencies they haven't had, and it's very true in our case, when the first degree on the panel of the panel was three international... that's why we've always reasoned. However, we have not been able to reason on their unwillingness to help victims or victims, at least in forms, and how they could help us.
