Pristina, June 28, 2019, employment is the biggest challenge for young people, especially those who are finishing or just finishing high studies. However, new businesses are seen as a good opportunity to employ young people and also a key factor in economic development.
Monogo is constantly offering employment opportunities and cooperation for young people. On Friday, June 21st, Monego opens the 28th branch. The company's goal lies in facilitating customer access and also in solving employment problems, especially among young people.
For less than a year of its market penetration, Monego has employed up to 200 new workers, while the average age of employed is about 25.
For more, about 70% of employees in the company are women. In just one month, the company employs approximately 15 people. These facts suggest that a young person can find work if he has good references, good work skills and ethics and, of course, if he is productive at work.
With new workforce, Monego has marked remarkable growth within a year of existence in the market, becoming market and industry leader. And of course, our record growth in the market, we've been aiming to add even the largest physical presence with the opening of new branches and the creation of new jobs, especially for young people to get closer to customers, to whom we want to give a unique experience of service in Kosovo” has said Egzon Halili, executive director in Monaco.
Despite the difficulties on the Kosovo labour market, Monego offers a new opportunity and modern working conditions, for graduating young and vulnerable to the new digital economy which the company is leading in Kosovo.
