The report tells of minors charged and convicted of criminal acts in 2018. The records for minors are provided by gender, the nationality of the perpetrators, in the manner of settling the indictment, the accuser of the indictment, the kind of punishment and the stated measures for the perpetrators of criminal acts.
According to results released by this publication, the number of minors indicted in the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo in 2018 was 1,179. The largest number of indictees was at the Pristina Foundation Court with a total of 389 persons, or 33 % of the total.
Out of a total of 1,179 people charged, 713 persons or 60.5 %s of the accused have been sentenced. The largest number of convicts was also in the Pristina Court with a total of 250 persons, or 35.1% of the total. /Periscopi/
