In northern Mitrovica, in the mayoral race, Goran Rakiq has won from the Serbian List. The same party has won in Zubin Potok, Leposaviq and Zvecan. The Serbian list has won the election in all municipalities, taking over 95 per cent of the vote in each.
Vuciq has welcomed and thanked the Serbian people for the massive appearance of this election.
According to him, this is the best confirmation of the political unity of Serbs about vital and national interests, as well as the most important interests of the state of Serbia.
Our “people have proven enormous energy and the desire that they want to fight for their future and a better tomorrow for their children”, it is expressed.
With this victory, we will not solve all our problems, but we have shown that we want unity in solving these problems and solving their common solution”, Vuciq said.
“I think that after all threats from Albanians and some Serbs, this is the best confirmation of the political unity of the war for our vital and national interests and our most important state interests”, he has declared.
