Snapchat has interfered with user data

Snapchat, a very popular app, has become part of a scandal affecting users.

Some workers have been able to obtain information from users unauthorizedly.

News has been published by the Motherboard bidding site. Access to tracking, the number of people's phone and email became thanks to an instrument inside the app.

Motherboard collected testimony from four former Snapchat employees who talked about the Snap Lion option, which can show the location, but also the phone number and the user's email.

They have indicated that this happened some time ago while they are not sure if the data is still on.

Meanwhile, regarding these evidence, Snapcha's leaders have not reacted to the event.

If these evidence turns true, Snapchat will become the second social network, after Facebook, which has misused user data.
