Serbia's Assembly Department for Kosovo, preparation for Paris

The Assembly is important if the dialogue starts, Janjiqi explains.

„As far as the contents of the report are concerned, it is focused mainly on the work the Government of Serbia has done in Kosovo for Serbs, leaves little manna for the security component, and quite courageously talks about the Brussels dialogue, while key conclusions say dialogue must continue, insists on tax removal and the formation of the Serbian Communists' Association “, Janjiq stressed.

He has warned that Serbia and Kosovo keep the border issue open.

„I think that the current latest results in the European Parliament elections clearly speak that the division of territories will not be supported in the European Union. That's why I think there's gonna be another session, maybe before the summer, in which he'll be talking about this resolution”, the Janjiqi concluded.

In Paris, on July 1st, with French President Emmanule Macron's proposal, the meeting of Kosovo leaders with those of Serbia was preceded.
