The hierarchical framework of the Serbian Orthodox Church (KOS) has reiterated today the KOS position that “Kosovo is an integral part of Serbia's sovereign territory and has thrown pines as unacceptable “whatever is the change of Kosovo's status, which leads to recognition of Kosovo as an independent state, or any territorial division, without which the definition” is not possible
The KOS Assembly in the statement after the May rally has rejected solutions as recognition or division, praising that this “will then be causing the deportation of the majority of the remaining Serbian people, who live in Kosovo's majority-Albanian environments, and untold damage to the spiritual and quantum heritage” Serbian.
Kosovo's “Kosovo and Metohia presents integral part of Serbia's sovereign territory and as such is defined in Serbia's constitution and UN Security Council Resolution 1244. Serbia's sovereignty and territorial integrity, including Kosovo and Metohija, without taking the illegal declaration of the so-called state of Kosovo, recognises most of humanity, including China and Russia and why EU states, OSCE, U n NESTO and other key international organisations” are said to broadcast “Danas”.
The framework says this stance does not mean “any support of the same frozen conflict”, but does extend an invitation to “all political factors for continuing dialogue, without pressures and blackmail in the context of resolving the issue of protection of people's rights, freedom of KOS work...”.
We support, therefore, any dialogue that would contribute to the power of justice and law and reconciliation among people living in the space of Kosovo as the province of Serbia”, said in the statement.
Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vucic, has attended Kosovo at the beginning of the week with KOS leaders.
