The ridiculous and disgusting Comedy of Ermal Mamaqi and Elvana Gjates, in Cannes

For two days the Albanian public has been bombarded with media headlines for their participation in Cannes at the renowned film festival that is taking place these days. Even to become all the more spectacular they've distributed a video on the red carpet climbing the festival steps. That video should be watched and re-vised, not because the actor was specifically taken from his feet, but because of the way Ermali and Elvana are transferred to this lighthouse.

The idea required to be given is that they are paralysing where all world film stars that are participants in the world's most prestigious festival of the globe, or who are there invited by organisations. The parody transcends the boundaries of every imagination. Both Albanians have especially set up for this fract and ball dresses (such as Jonida Maliqi's five luggage in Eurosong) have managed to rent a camera, have put someone behind the crowd to film and with ridiculous seriousness march on the carpet, even welcome the audience standing on both sides of the red carpet, as if the French or tourists gathered there, not only know them but also mad at the fame of the two Albanian stars.

This disgusting comedy that stems from mania to remove those we are not and from the need to lie to Albanians for a fame that doesn't exist, there is only one truth. Yes, Elvana and Ermal were in Cana. But they haven't had what it says about the festival. They have been on one of the many commercial activities that develop around it.
