Ramadan raises doubts that arrested Russian UNMIK was the Intelligent Service: Russia tried to destabilise Kosovo

He asks if Krasnoschenkov is Russian UNMIK or Russian Intelligence Service, which is hiding under UNMIK umbrella.
Ramadani says it was an attempt by Russia to destabilise Kosovo by sparking an ethnic conflict, but fortunately failed.
He also compared this attempt to the attempted coup in Montenegro in 2016.
The following can be read full of Ramadan's writing:
Krasnoschenkov Russian UNMIK or Russian GRU in UNMIK?
According to reports, official UNMIK, Mikhail Alexandrovich Krasnoschenkov, has been arrested in Zubin Potok, using his UN official car to prevent Kosovo Police's ROSU Unit from carrying out their duties.
Kosovo police have had duty to arrest several Kosovars suspected of involvement in the smuggling ring that was exposed after a one-year investigation. So the suspects for smuggling and not for their ethnicity.
Serbian and Russian media words that Krasnoschenkov was an innocent passerby who was caught in KP efforts to break the road blockade are highly suspicious.
So why did Krasnoschenkov shoot at the scene, or why didn't he leave when he saw the obstacle? Why did he use his official vehicle to block the road, why he resisted arrest, or was there another agenda that had Krasnoschenkov hidden from UNMIK?
Faithful sources claim that Krasnoschenkov lived a totally different life before he was employed in the United Nations and the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE). Krasnoschenkov, a retired Russian Army Colonel, in 1990 has worked at the Offices of the Defence Atase in Southeast Asia.
In 1990 it was common that all members of Russian military attachés were part of the Chief Directorate of Russian Intelligence (GRU).
Russian Military Intelligence, the same GRU that held responsibility for the failed coup effort in Montenegro in 2016.
If it was not clear earlier, it is now clear that the Russian government is trying to fuel ethnic tensions with the aim of minimising Kosovo's sovereignty and disrupting any opportunity in Kosovo and Serbia to normalise their relations, keeping the international community and their missions in Kosovo.
Russia will not stop that, even breaking the law, from achieving its mission to divide Kosovo into ethnic lines.
It is no secret that Russia is trying to manipulate its membership in various organisations to hide their intelligence and collaborators officers.
All it takes to see is the recent arrest of UNMIK employees Iana Minochkina, who on the outside seemed to be stealing, but after further review of the video, experts suggest that perhaps Minochkina was actually conducting a form of spying.
If you think this is absurd, then you should ask why a well-paid UNMIK employee would do something like that if she wasn't getting a message?
Another recent example of Russia, including its military intelligence actions, GRU's intervention was Montenegro's 2016 coup attempt. Some of these suspects were recently convicted of campaigning to overthrow Montenegro's government, and now we see GRU's first-hand efforts in mid-Kosovo, including efforts to fuel ethnic tensions between Serbs and Albanians and then hide behind the UN cover.
Fortunately for Kosovo and the rest of the Balkans, GRU's efforts to exploit tensions between Serbia and Kosovo have failed.
