With 62 votes for and none against, Topall's proposal has been approved.
My concrete proposal is that Kosovo's Assembly create a parliamentary commission, which will then have it based on this text, which has been handed over to us, harmonise attitudes and then jointly, so given this great importance of the issue, which we have discussed in the past weeks in the assembly, to sit down together and harmonise a text, which will be adopted by the majority of the members of the Parliament”, Topalli said.
He said they are for the creation of a triponal and justice and to pursue all those who have caused war crimes. According to him, party lines and interests should be crossed, and a superparty consensus should be created for the creation of a tribunal.
