Murati: Burying the idea of borders means burial of Kosovo's Albanians

Movement for the Union Chairman Valon Murati has spoken of publishing the photograph by MP Flora Brovina, who claimed there was a woman from Kosovo who was being raped by Serbian soldiers during the recent war, reports Periscopi. Murati has said that such photographs should be presented to the State Prosecutor, [...]
Murati has said such photographs should be presented to the State Prosecutor, not to the media, as deputy Brovina did.
On the other hand, Murati has said that no space should be given to Serbia for amnesty and to waste all the work that has been done to gather facts about the evidence of sexual violence exercised by Serbian soldiers during the recent war in Kosovo.
At Rockm TV, Murati also spoke about the issue of dialogue and the Berlin Summit, which was held weeks ago.
The “in Berlin became an effort that topics dealing with the Balkans did not become part of the EU elections campaigns”, he said.
“Merkel and Macron disagree on all issues of what the Kosovo-Serbia agreement should be like, however they agree that dialogue must continue. We should not expect that there can be agreement between the two countries without the guarantee of USVA%x1>, he said away.
Murati further said the US has allowed the idea to open for redefining the borders between Kosovo and Serbia, which believes it has not been buried even after the Berlin Summit.
There are two problems left in talks with Serbia on the issue of Albanians in Presevo, Medvedja and Bujanoc, and for Serbs in Zubin Potok, Leposaviq and Zvecan. These two issues should be addressed with reciprocity as far as their rights have been declared to join Kosovo, respectively, union with Serbia of these three northern municipalities, but without even joining the northern part of Mitrovica, where Albanians who have been expelled from their homes” would have to return, Murati said.
Whatever happens, Kosovo cannot become a functional state, because we inherit the constitution that comes out of the Ahtisaari Pako, which gives major rights to the Serb minority, and therefore Kosovo remains hostage to Belgrade's” policies, he stresses.
