The charismatic Judge of Premier Legager has developed a cult that has resulted from his unusual behavior, writes Periscope.
He celebrates the team's goal while he's running the game, gives a yellow card without looking at it, and he's making fun of the players because he puts them in red these are just some of the spectacular moments we can expect from him every time we see him referring.
Earlier this month, Dean was seen in the Tribs of the Playoff match by the Third English League, where he was playing Tranmere Rovers.

It turns out Dean is a Trenere fan.
Today, the playoff final took place and, of course, Dean was present at the tribuna.
Tranmere played against Newport County for a country in Second Leagues and managed to triumph thanks to a late goal by Connor Jennings, in the second half of the sequels.
Tranmera fans were in ecstasy, but Dean stole the show from the seat and passionately celebrated.
