The renowned publisher Mitrovicas Nedmetdin Spahiu in a Facebook post has written about the idea of Kosovo's independence.
He says the father, or founder of this idea, was not widely thought to be, the country's historic president, Ibrahim Rugova, traces Periscopi.
According to him, this political idea was formulated by Xhafer Deva with Prizren's Third Link held in the distant year 1966. Spahiu adds that it was Deva who prepared the grounds for this idea by working for the U.S. CIA secret service as her senior official.
Jafer Deva was Albania's interior minister during the period October 1943-June 1944. He was regarded as a man close to Hitler's Nazi power. He is thought to have worked near Abwehr, the German military intelligence service. Deva shared their anti-Semitic beliefs.
This is Mr. Spahiu:
It is wrongly thought that the father of the idea for Kosovo's independence is Ibrahim Rugova]1944-2006).
He had that political idea formulated before him Xhafer Deva (1904-1978) with Prizren's Third League (26&27.11,1966). He even prepared the grounds for this idea within the U.S. CIA as her senior official.
