Kosovo, Albania agree on environmental protection

Environment and Spatial Planning Minister Fatmir Matoshi has hosted Albania's Environment and Tourism Minister Blendi Klosi at the meeting.
Minister Matoshi said it will clear Mount Pashrik and the Vremica area, where this major project will be marked on November 28th.
I am honored that today on Biodiversity Day a delegation from Albania came to address some of the problems. In honour of this day's activities are everywhere, there are exhibitions in the Dragas municipality, in other municipalities we will be with ambassadors in the afternoon. We have signed up to come to conclusions for the memorandums, and the main point is that this year will be closed to Mount Patrick and the Vremica area. This job will be completed on November 28th on the day of our national flag, will be a special moment to mark. It has the support of the two governments so far we have established technical teams that we are working at the level of ministries and governments to get funds to invest information points on clearing lakes”, Matoshi said.
Albania's Environment and Tourism Minister Blendi Klosi said co-operation between the two ministries is ongoing and is being worked on awareness of the civil society for environmental conservation.

Klos is staying in Kosovo accompanied by Vlora and Himara Mayors Dritan Leli and George Goro, as well as a group of tour operators.
