Such a thing for Kosovo Press and Life Krasniqi from the Kosovo Democratic Institute say. According to her, such a phenomenon has been observed in four municipalities indiscriminately.
“E acknowledged that we all municipalities have been noted as having had a vote of citizens with Serbian documents. In the morning this phenomenon was more pronounced and allowed but later, such a thing was interrupted. There were no clarity among the commissionors themselves until 12:00 on this issue, so some have allowed and some not”, she says.
However, she has not mentioned figures of how many have voted.
In extraordinary elections for mayors in the Leposaviq municipalities, Zubin Potok, Zvecan and North Mitrovica, there are 44 polling stations with a total of 87 seats. In contrast, the number of citizens rightly voting in these four municipalities is 57 thousand and 983 voters or 970 more voters compared to the October 22nd 2017 local elections.
