Peja's Foundation Prosecutor has asked the Court, the detention assignment for the K.S. defendant, on suspicion that the same had to do criminal work “Legalizing false content”.
Peja's Constitutional Prosecutor has made a decision to launch investigations into indictees K.S., Norwegian nationals, because of the same April 25th, at the Page Police Station, in case of police prosecution as suspected of criminal work “Kanu in the family”, defendant K. S, by means of a false document, puts police officials in madness, submitting his twin brother's passport, named Ch.S., while on May 15th of this year, on the part of the Kosovo Police, through the office for international co-operation has proved his true identity, K.S.
The hearing for the appointment of this move is expected to be held before the judge of the preliminary procedure.
