Trade and Industry Minister Andrew Shala, who has said he will investigate who has allowed the tender.
But, Health Minister Uran Ismaili has said that even if there are Serbian companies that perform these services then, according to him, they have surely paid the tax on Serbian products.
However, MP Besa Baftiu has said that if this is true, then Minister Mesa Ismaili will invite him to report to the Health Commission.
While in the KSF, they say they have no contract with economic operators from Serbia.
“The SHSKUK has contracts with Kosovo economic operators with Serbian products transferred from the Ministry of Health with the 2019 budget Law. There is a problem with a certain number of essential products for Kosovo Clinical and University Hospital Service patients, although economic operators have currency contracts for those products now and a long time”, the SHSKUK response said.
However, they add that the USKKUK management, along with the Procurement Department, is in the final phase of taking legal measures against operators who are late in reading contracted products.
