An inspiring message from Mogo executive director for the 1st anniversary of the company

For a year of operations on Kosovo's financial market, Monego has extended its activity to 24 branches around Kosovo, serving over 70,000 clients and employing no fewer than 200 workers during these months.

On this special day for staff and company, the message of the executive director of the company who has inspired and thanked staff in a unique way for our market, which you can find below.

The principal's message, Egzon Halili, to the workers:

Hi, partner.
Today, I have the honor and privilege of, as chief executive chief, wishing you all the 1st anniversary of the great brown family known as Monego.

Now two years, exactly in May 2017, we just started with the first plans to put the name, logo and color of the company. First preparations for the establishment of the company and licensing documentation in the BQC were prepared without office, usually at the cafe at B Street for four months. The goal was to create a company with really special values in the market. Monego had to serve the spirit of modernism, innovation, proximity and change of client service concept in Kosovo society.
Furthermore, I personally was concerned with the possibility of creating a group of people who, above all, would have the foundation for developing ambitious youth, family spirit among colleagues, feeling responsibility for the job, and meritocracy in any decision.

After a year of challenges in lice, recruiting and technology, on May 17, 2018, we had the fortune of serving Mogo's first client. But neither did we have the slightest idea of what's waiting for us over the next 12 months.

Twenty-four branches, 200 wonderful colleagues, 70,000 financed clients, and an impervious love of tree color are closing this 12-month-old, but not just. The greatest and the most enduring success of Monogos to this day is you, the people who heartily protect and freeze every day and overcome any challenge of our colors. From the first day, we have focused much more on character than on experience, promoting ambition, positiveness and a thirst for work, and today it has been the best decision of the company. Most of the new positions within the company continue to be fulfilled only by the most distinguished colleagues who contribute beyond the responsibility of the job, and among our key goals are personal development and the establishment of a professional career for each of you.

On the other hand, unfortunately, because of the industry in which we operate, we have not rarely been surrounded by intrigues, resentments, gossips and particularly non-ethic competition. As such, we have been attacked and challenged by various acts that have not chosen means to slow down or undermine Monego's success. No success. Nothing will stop us from changing the professional norms of society, leading technology innovation, and using modern methods to finance all citizens in their partnership, without formal and bureaucratic criteria.

For the end, I am eternally grateful for the unsatisfying work you do, as well as for the cooperative and family culture you've been able to create. Also, I'm extremely proud of the economic development that we've seen in many of you over the past 12 months, because your development is the future development of Monogo.

But we can't forget that Monogo's standards don't match the competitiveness standards in the country, so we have a lot of work left to achieve our long-term goals and I promise you that you will all be more than happy with the experience and development that Monego has provided, if you continue to contribute with dedication.
