According to the prosecution's request handed down to the court, there is doubt that, on the date of 28.05.2019 around 09.00 in the village of Varag of Zubin Potok, suspects deliberately and with concerted actions, with the aim of imperiling Kosovo Police Special Operations and other police units in carrying out official duties, have hampered the movement of police vehicles.
The same have used physical force by setting various vehicles on the streets, such as trucks, wood, tires, to enable police officials to carry out official tasks under legal authorisations in the implementation of the operational intelligence plan and capture of potential heads suspected of various criminal acts.
The suspects, despite the warning to clear the way, have not obeyed legal orders by forcing police officials to carry out their official duty, with the same cases being arrested by Kosovo police.
The six suspects arrested Tuesday on May 28th at the prosecutor's order at the moment are in a 48-hour ban.
The detention appointment hearing is expected to be held before the judge of the Constitutional Court's preliminary procedure in Mitrovica.
